Dinner Conversations with...

Success in graduate school for all students, but for underrepresented students in particular, hinges on the presence and quality of mentoring (or, unfortunately in some cases, a lack of mentoring). In order to address this and other issues, the Office of Diversity routinely invites faculty and key administrators to gather during informal dinners to explore meaningful solutions that will mitigate concerns raised during these conversations. These gatherings are meant to sustain the dialogue on inclusiveness and to actively move us closer to realizing solutions to pressing concerns of underrepresented groups at Princeton.

Past "Dinner Conversations with..." have been hosted by President Tilghman and Professors of Religion Cornel West, Albert Raboteau, and Eddie Glaude, Jr.
